Terms of Use
By installing and using 9Video, you agree to the terms below. Effective from: 7 September 2026.
License to use
9Video grants you the right to use the application for personal or work purposes, on your own machine(s). You may not copy or redistribute this software under a different name.
The app is provided "as is"
9Video is provided "as is", with no commitment that the application will always work error-free, without interruption, or be fit for any particular purpose. The quality of the generated video depends on the topic you enter and on the AI/footage services you connect your own keys to, which are outside 9Video's control.
Google account
Using 9Video requires signing in with a Google account (mandatory from version 0.13.0 onward). You are responsible for the security of your Google account; 9Video does not store and has no access to your Google password.
API keys you provide yourself and third-party services
You provide your own API key for the LLM, Pexels, or similar services to use the app's full feature set. Using those services — including any costs incurred, usage limits, and each service's own terms — is entirely your responsibility. 9Video is not an intermediary for these services and is not responsible for their behavior, pricing, or availability.
Content you create
You are fully responsible for the content (topics, scripts, videos) you create with 9Video, including ensuring that content does not violate the law or third-party rights (for example, copyright, trademarks). Footage and images obtained via Pexels or Unsplash must comply with that platform's own usage license.
Ownership of your videos
Videos you create with 9Video belong to you. 9Video does not retain copyright, does not require a license to reuse them, and does not need you to grant 9Video any license over the videos you create.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, 9Video is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use (or inability to use) the application, including damages related to content you create or to third-party services you connect your own keys to.
